About

Carl Anthony Osborne, CPHIMS

I'm a Senior Healthcare IT Consultant based in Delaware. I've spent the last 16 years working with health systems on the parts of the EHR that buyers don't see in a sales demo — the configuration, the workflows, the training, and the integrations that decide whether the system actually works for clinicians.

FHIRBuild experience plus shipped innovation

Background

Builder mindset. Clinical informatics depth.

My background is unusual for this field: I started in mobile and full-stack development before I moved into clinical informatics, which means I think like a builder when I'm sitting in a clinical workflow review.

That's also why I keep building — seeCOLe and MARY are real products, not side projects.

I work directly with health systems, federal agencies, and consulting firms. I currently support a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Cerner program through Kentro. Before that, I've worked with Mayo Clinic, MedStar Health, Penn State Health, Care New England, Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters, and others.
